Morning workout accountability

I have decided that mornings...early mornings...have to be when I get a work out in. I did so well a couple years ago before I went back to work full time after 17 years!!! Now I’m so pressed for time I just quit working out, have been eating terrible, and have 15 pounds to lose...again Who wants to be my accountability partner(s)??? I’m 44, a busy mom, and looking to get and give positivity and encouragement!

Hi there! I’m a busy Mama of two and find on weekends the only way to get my workout in is two get up and moving before the sun comes up. Once the weather warms up and I don’t have to worry about ice, I plan to get a few early morning runs in during the week. Have about 30lbs left to lose. Would love to help motivate and hold others accountable. Feel free to add me! 😊0

I’m down for some motivation... mom of 2 boys, husband away on business and I have about 15-20lbs to lose! I’m starting BeachBody on demand in the morning!0

I would love this! I am currently trying to up my step count for the day, and want to fit 30 minutes of walking in before work. I'll need to get up around 6:15 am to do so.0
