    Hubby is the weeknight cook. He found a street stall nearby that sells good chicken satay with peanut satay sauce. He's planning to warm it up carefully in a ziplock bag au bain marie. Kind of DIY sous vide. He is going to make nasi goreng to go with that. Probably our standard starter of a wedge of grilled iceberg.

    Crudités with ranch followed by homemade nasi goreng and chicken satay purchased from a street vendor. The satay sauce was too rich with coconut for my taste.
