    I don't spend hours. I spend a few minutes, make mental note of what I can't wait to go away on my journey to health & fitness, admire some of the goodies, and move on. I think we all should do that.
  • I think this is a really important practice so thanks for sharing. Our bodies are such amazing things and allow us to do so many things that we never really acknowledge. We should celebrate them for their capabilities more often and spend less time talking badly about them. Great piece.

    I have never thought of my body in terms of parts. As I get older, how the body looks becomes more and more insignificant to how my body FEELS. So I am happiest thinking about what I can DO rather than how I look doing it. Does this make sense? Comes with age I guess :drinker:

    Definitely makes sense! It's so important to love ourselves from the inside and outside! The way you feel, and what your body can do, is exponentially more important than how it looks or any number on a scale.
