I don't exactly feel like working out today.
I know that I should. But I feel really tired and sore.
I just don't want to get into my rut like I did last time of not working out for days at a time.
Any Ideas to get motivated or to get going?

Load 10 songs in your MP3 player. Then go for a brisk twenty minute walk. See how you feel after that
Bet you won't be able stop at twenty min!0 -

My husband would like that one, but it sounds kind of painful. Is there an invisible support bra?0 -

If I am sore a workout usually helps that....plus you wont be tired once you start your workout0

The point is not to use a bra. Seeing the parts of your body jumping with you in a manner that are not....attractive, would make you want to move and exercise to make them attractive again))

30 minutes per day is do-able; no excuses. If it's a powerwalk - 15 minutes one way, 15 back. 30 minutes goes by in no time and it's better than nothing at all. Just sayin... :flowerforyou:0

Get rid of the word should I read a wonderful article about that tell yourself I WANT to exercise. There's a certain mood that comes with saying I should it's more of a sinking feeling. I want is more positive. =] I worked for 9 and a half hours today I knew I should work out but I WANTED to lol so I did =]
Good luck you can do it!0 -

Would definately motivate me!! :laugh:0 -
Every time I lose motivation I stand naked in front of my mirror. Seriously. THAT is my biggest motivation. I don't care how sore or tired I am, this does it for me every time.0

A long time ago I made it a goal to eliminate the word "should" from my vocabulary along with all the shame I felt from all the should-have-dones I didn't do. now I say: I GET TO RUN TODAY!0
