Hey guys! Last week was a great week. As a team we lost 16.7 pounds last week (although I am missing weigh in for two people). Overall, after two weeks, we have lost 37.9 pounds! You are all doing awesome! Keep it up.

I think I'm back on track now. I had an ablation done back in June and last week was my PMS week where this should be TOM. I had all my syptoms last week, right down to the bloating and feeling blah! Now I can see the bloating is gone and I am down another half pound! Hopefully this means the ablation worked and life can get back on track!! Thanks for doing this!!0
