Starting Keto Again

Yes, I lost focus. I'm going to get back on, starting today. My goal 70/20/10. Hopefully, I'll loose the 8 lbs I gained and some. I've decided to walk every day, 10 minutes at a time, 3 X's a day.

    How much did you lose on keto? I just started yesterday and have a goal of 20 lbs. You are doing 70%fat, 20%protein and 10% carbs, correct? what does your meal plan look like?
