Hey there! So I'm new to all of this "documenting your food intake" and "how many cups of water" I drink. So I'm hoping that this site makes it easier for me. Thus far it seems to be going well! Seems easy enough! I'm not gonna lie, I have absolutely no clue as to how much protein I should take a day, or how much of anything for that matter. What I am hoping to get out of this site is a piece of mind that I'm trying and possibly be able to track where I'm going wrong and how I can meet my goal weight! So! i wish everyone good luck! and lets GET HEALTHY! LOL ;)
