Hello All,
At my highest weight I was 353.8 pounds... before starting this round of weight loss I was holding strong at 338.8. Within the last 50 days I managed to get to 310 but didn't stay long and have been fluctuating between 312 & 316. It is my desire to leave the 300's forever within the next month but it is proving to be a bit of a challenge. So I have to become intentional and make this my 1st priority and I could use some additional advice, encouragement and motivation. Anyone else tyna exit 300?

๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ. I am right there with you. Last 3 weeks been hovering at 313. This am, that scale FINALLY moved. Down to 311. Itโs a challenge. But I am so doing this! ๐๐1

I know it's tough, but try not to put a time frame on your weight loss. Your weight is so much more than just body fat, it's lots of other stuff that fluctuates all the time and you have no control over! So try to focus more on just continually moving forward and learning. There will be LOTS of bumps in the road, no one is perfect and no one gets a nice straight line of weight loss.
Not sure if either of these apply, but lots of people have found them helpful, maybe you will too:

You keep a food diary? If not, start one. Use a food scale? If not, get one and use it.

One day, one meal at a time.
Sometimes there are obstacles, but keep going.
Keep going.2 -
I've been fluctuating so badly since I had my kids. The holidays had me at 350. My highest weight ever. I'm currently 335. I need to stick with it this time.2
