Good morning..... I am 5'1"..... I just stepped on the scale....190!!!! I have tried and tried to lose weight. I take care of sooooooo many people I have no time to help myself and when I do want to try and help myself I have no one to help motivate me. Food is my go to for company or entertainment.5

5'2 here! Every extra pound is more obvious on us poor shorties! Plus I get envious every time I look at how many more calories tall people get, the jerks!
Currently at 138, but aiming to get down to 130. It's a slow process at this point9 -
I’m 5’2.5” (gotta add that half inch!!) and currently weigh 185. I got down to 177 in October but I let myself blow back up. Ever since I had my 3rd baby 3 years ago I’ve been trying to lose that baby weight. I put on 60lbs with that pregnancy and have a lot more to go. Ideally I’d like to be down to 125 but I’ve never been below 135 in my adult life so we will see. At this point I’d take 145!!4

Have you noticed being short we have to almost jog to keep up with our long legged friends?! At least we don’t have to go so far to do 10,000 steps!6

5’2 (with shoes on lol- more like 5’1 and a 1/2). Have no idea what I weigh- I don’t step on the scale, but I do measurements! I’ve lost 4 inches around my waist since December 28 of 2018!
I’m somewhere between 160-180? Would really like to get back down to 120-130 eventually but most likely feel and look better! (And fit back into small)2 -

Hi I feel quite ashamed reading your weights.. I am 5 foot 2 inch, was 253lb ( sept 18) currently 229lb. My first goal is 190 as that is what i need to be to have my knee replacement approved! once recovered from that and pain free! my goal is 140 ( i was 145 when i got married and fitted in a size 10 dress ) if i go less than 140 i look skeletal but in order to be a 'bmi healthy weight' i need to get down to 133!! so i suppose that is my ultimate goal. I have quite a few medical problems ( autoimmune diseases/hashimoto thyroid disease ) so losing weight is very hard and keeping it off even harder if i dont exercise - so i am in catch 22 with my knee as it has been for 3 years now with injections every 4 months to try and ease the pain - some days i do wonder if it is all worth it8

5'1 (nearly). started around April/May 2018 at 176 and now at around 117.
my original goal was 135 but i sorta flew by that. current goal is 115 (2lbs to go!) then work on finding maintenance for awhile. i am finding it very hard to stop the weight loss mind frame (it's highly motivating) and have said repeatedly "must find maintenance and take a break" (at like 125 and 120).
I should work more on toning/muscles but have been battling a number of injuries in the last 6 months preventing me from getting very far down that road (even Yoga is creating issues). And I am dying to get back into running (but this seems farther and farther way now...)4 -

4'11", 108 pounds, would like to be 98-100. I know it's not a lot to lose, but I have a chronic illness that makes it difficult to exercise as much as I'd like. I felt the healthiest when I weighted 98, and because I'm so short the extra weight I've gained is definitely noticeable on me (especially my face)!1
