Not a diet its a Lyfestyle change

I started working out and eating better as of June 1, 2018 with a start out weight of 204. As of today I am now 173 lbs and feel amazing. Me and co-workers are doing a 14 day challenge this month. I use to use this app all the time when i use to ride my bike. I spend a lot of time in the gym and and at home on my treadmill. I just want to track my calorie intake and live a healthier life. This is not a diet to me this is a LYFESTYLE change!!! We got this.

    Great job! I agree, I've been eating differently six weeks now, down 18 pounds and am actually enjoying what I eat! I find exercise mundane, but getting out in the yard and working is calming to me, so I make it a point to do that. Yes, Lyfestyle change is good!

    Exactly, learn to eat. Otherwise your chances of gaining weight go up.
