                    Hi there!
Does anyone have any recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner meals with NO or LOW Carbs (very low)?
I have to lose 4lbs (2kilos) by the 25th March - (doctors orders) In order for me to have a type of medication to help me lose weight as I struggle with it.
Any ideas?

            I know it not a recipe but try a hard boiled eggs. Also go to the store and pickup some whey which is a source of protein.1
- 
            For breakfast: eggs with bacon, Greek yogurt, etc. Lunch: any meat with a side of vegetables and same for dinner. Google keto diet meal ideas as that diet is low in carbs.

            I eat for breakfast either fried eggs, mushrooms, 1/2 tomato and bacon, scrambled eggs with avocado, ham. I make 90 second keto bread, look it up, spread with butter. Lunches and dinner either a protein ( meat, fish or eggs) with 1 cup per meal of salad or veggies, mainly green veg with either mayo or creamy garlic sauce. I also make courgette garlic bread. Fat bombs if hungry. Cream in coffee and with couple of strawberries, max 3 tbsp per day.4

            I bake whisked eggs in muffin cases, with whatever veg or leftovers I have to hand. This week I had bacon lardons and chestnut mushrooms available. Other weeks I've had extra cheese and some avocado to use up. I usually make a couple of daysworth beforehand. You can eat them cold or reheat if you like.3

 Spinach and mozzarella omelette.
 Spinach, chicken breast, bacon bits, Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing salad.
 Spiralized zucchini with pesto.
 Pork loin, avocado, olives, and cottage cheese.1
