Anyone have good recipes for getting some good protein if your vegetarian?

Do you eat dairy and/or eggs?

Here's my Pinterest board where I've collected a lot of bean and vegetable recipes. One recipe isn't vegetarian, but when I make it, I sub out lentils for the ground meat.

I can't eat tofu, seitan, or tempeh. They are very good sources of vegetarian protein, but I don't collect recipes for them.

My large collection of recipes are in a binder, but eating eggs, beans, lentils, seeds and nuts, quinoa and protein powder helps me to reach my protein goals.

I don't eat much dairy anymore, but cheese and yogurt was also a good source of protein as well.

There are some good threads on here for protein + veggie recipes too.
