I am starting a Whole30 on March 4th. I am hoping to get and give some support to others who are interested. If you have not done a whole30 you may want to check it out first. Please join me on my quest for better health.

Are you doing Whole 30 to determine if you have a food intolerance/allergy? Just wondering as that's what it was designed for, not weight loss.7

I'm not currently doing one but I've done several rounds over the last couple of years. I like them for a good reboot to get you going eating healthy.1

I just started Whole30 up again just this week. I did 5 rounds last year from March- Aug. with amazing results and feedback about my body and what it can handle, intolerances, and a new over all sense of well-being. For an elimination approach, I found it very successful. I was able to connect what food affected my physical, emotional, and mental health with the help of Whole30. I hope it works just as well for you. Best of luck. I’m rootin’ for ya.1
