I joined several months ago but never posted (I don't think). I just logged my exercise and meals today. I started with a personal trainer (small group) last Thursday and completed my 3rd session today (they are about to kill me ;-) ). I need to lose at least 50 lb's but 75 would be better. I look forward to joining hte community here.
