Hello,
I am new to this community, but not new to the diet game. I am hoping this will help me be accountable and complete the fitness goal I have been working on for YEARS.

    Hey! Im new to Myfitnesspal but not new to dieting. Tried em all, was temporarily successful in some but have consistently gotten within 15 lbs of my goal and failed. I have never, in all the times I have tried to actually do a lifestyle change, made it to goal and maintenance. I wonder why that is?? My favorite diet choice is low carb. This time Im going to try doing a more sensible and maintainable low carb plan. I happened upon a You Tube video about 2 people (married couple) that lost 130 pounds each by "not dieting", just using portion control. They (especially Nicole) can be a bit quirky but entertaining and VERY motivating.This intrigued me, so Im going to try it. If you want to take a peek at what Im talking about, check out the You Tube videos for Nicole Collet. I woke up on 3/14/19 and started what I hope will be a fun, inspiring, successful weight loss and improved health journey!
