Wedding in 100 days

Hello all

I have a wedding in 100 days and am determined to lose 10-15 more lbs. I started at 195 and have lost 10lbs so far but feel like im hitting a plateau. Ive been eating a lot healthier and trying to work out 3-5 days a week, Any tips would be appreciated.

    Are you weighing all your food on a food scale?

    No i had not thought of that. I will definitely look into getting a scale and try it. Thank you

    In addition to the food scale, remember that weight loss isn't linear. It's perfectly normal to not see the scale move for a week or two. In general, 1 lb per week is a pretty realistic goal, so if you tighten up your logging using a food scale to weigh out your portions, there's no reason you can't lose 10 lbs by then!

    Hey! I’m a little further out from my bid day - about 180 days - and my goal is to be down about 20lbs. Hoping a pound a week is doable!
