If u feel like u "failed" ur diet

This is a simple message but one that helps me sometimes. Remember you are only one meal away from trying to be a healthier u. Eating unhealthy or eating a snack just means ur the next step to getting back on track

Or eat unhealthy, whatever that means, and have a snack, which I’m not sure we’re calling out snacks, and still be on track because you worked it into your day.

Yah, I guess I hope people that really most things aren't "unhealthy" so to speak. I used to think foods were and I wasn't allowed to eat then at all. But I eventually learned that it's okay to eat things and not make a big deal about it. 😜

Maybe my message isn't explained well. I'm saying to people that get into that mindset that snacks are bad. They aren't in my opinion. I just know when people obsess over their diet anything not in the "diet" is bad if that makes sense 🤔

To be clear i dont think snacks or bad or that u can really eat unhealthy. I'm saying if u get in that mindset it is okay to eat "snacks" or "unhealthy" in quotations! My bad for being unclear

I get what you are saying. For 40 years I have been yo-yo dieting. It is such a part of me habit that if I were to have a snack or junk that wasn't planned, I then go off the rails. Instead of just saying my next meal I will eat healthy, I just go so off track and it could take me days, weeks or months to gear myself back into eating right and in the right quantities.
