(I think I started a thread like this a long time ago!)
Anyways - I always have trouble in social situations with overeating - like potluck parties, lunch meeting etc.
Tonight I had a meeting for my daughter’s co-op preschool. And I didn’t eat ANY of the snacks on offer! I didn’t even really struggle resisting!
This is BIG for me!
Anyone else have some little victories you want to share?

I've logged all meals as honestly and as accurately as I can for the first 4 days of my journey! (It's a start).12

i had to adjust my clicky belt. again.11

I deleted the Domino's app from my phone and un followed Burger King on Face Book! Don't sound much but if I can't see it I won't crave it 😇 !16

You all did fantastic! Two years ago I bought a shirt to wear on St. Patty's Day. I knew it didn't fit but it was on sale. Last St. Patty's I tried it on, too tight especially the arms. I was going to give it away but kept it. Tried it on this week, it fits!
p.s. I always have problems too with pot lucks, someone's house, seeing a spread of food. I have to really start being so mindful in those situations.6 -
