Calories

Can anybody please help me understand why in my picture I've attached my remaining calories are misused off of my exercise and not added?

    Yeah, that's a glitch. It should be adding your exercise calories to the food you get to eat.

    Are you synced with some device or did you add those exercise calories manually?

    I think I've read on the forums that the Apple app doesn't play well with MFP and was doing this.

    I've got the samsung s health linked with my account. I've looked at all the settings and just can't figure it out. It starts off adding the calories burnt back on but then reverts to minuses them.

    What activity level are you set at if your set to active and your not as active as you should be it will adjust your calories down

    I'm not sure because as per your pic mfp would only be allowing you 1280 calories which is too low for a man it shouldn't go lower than 1500 so even with negative calories on so I'm not sure what is going on here :/

    If you look at tomorrows allowence it will add exercise back on to my allowance which makes sense but, as soon as i add exercise it changes the plus to a minus. Can't get my head round it. arggghhh!!
