Ok, I admit, I have never EVER had a weight... 'issue', or problems losing weight. But, after just 5 months of being married, I must be a good cook. With my hubby gaining 30 pounds already, and gaining 20 myself, something has to give! So here I am counting my calories... But i know it will be good for me, gotta get that extra weight off again so i can have my energy, and not get winded when going for a quick little run! Here goes nothing....

I feel for you, I never really had a problem before either. 3 years ago I started dating an executive chef....enough said!! I never cook anymore but let me tell you.....I gained 20lbs in those 3 years.
But he has been great with making things lower cal for me since I started watching!0 -
Well, hopefully I'll be able to still get the weight off!
Although, mine was such a quick gain, and I didn't expect it. But I don't run around as much any more, and that hasn't helped in the weight department! Hopefully watching my calorie's and getting some exercise in will help! Let's lose together!

Hi there! I too am someone who never had a weight issue...until I had two children! Since then I have been struggling with getting rid of an extra 25-30 lbs. This last fall I finally had enough and decided to do it for myself!! So I began an excercise regimen and began watching my calories in September '08. Since then I went from 179lbs. to now 166. I just discovered this website from a friend today and so I will be tracking my progress from here on out. Good luck to you and feel free to write to me whenever you need some support! Cheers! :drinker:0
