If the people you live with don't support your goals it's Harder to succeed.
When I fail, I'm angry with myself.... and angry with them.

    That is the truth. You need skillpower over willpower. Everyone does, a really cool ted talk and it explains how you are all by yourself in a tug of war. You need to get some people on your side!

  • Yes, it is harder to succeed, but success is still possible. My spouse has self esteem issues. She wants me to be healthy, yet wants me to still be big and fat cause she is worried that I will drop my all my weight and run off with a skinny woman. So she supports me yet doesn't. I have dropped 60 so far and have 200 more to go. Its a struggle but it'll be worth it in the end with or without the support.

    Anyone that does not support you being a better you is a person who not be in your life and that includes family. I use to be 225, about 30%+ bf now I'm 160 less than 10 and alone the way I dropped a lot of people off..including family. Be your own support system, be a better you, and reward yourself for the trying even if you fail (but keep trying). :#

    @californiagirl2012 “skillpower” I like it.

    Psychologist Albert Ellis observed- the problem with most folks and willpower is they make it all about will and not enough about power.
