does being on a diet "cutting calories " effect sperm count and morphology or is it mainly what you eat

    thanks for your reply I've had a test and all was high but morphology was just under so I'm doing anything to boost it. but being on restricted calories would that effect it much? or is it mainly nutrients vitamins ect

    A friend of mine was dealing with infertility and went to a clinic in Greece that has a "sperm improvement protocol" - you can google it and find some info. They have a couple of kids now so I guess it helped?

    I suppose like everything it would depend on how much you're restricting calories and what sort of macros you're getting within those calories.
