Preworkout

I Tried the six star brand, it worked great, ran out and went back for more but found allmax muscle prime for the same price but more servings. So disappointed. First of all, who thought white raspberry would be a good flavour? Second, I felt nothing. One scoop yesterday and nothing, two scoops today and nothing again. No tingle, no increased energy.

So, what is a good budget friendly preworkout that will give me what I need?

The effectively dosed one's aren't really cheap unless you bulk buy the ingredients separately.

Legion and PEScience make well dosed pre-workouts. Ghost is ok. The L-Citruline is dosed right but beta alanine is a bit light.

No no no. Coffee doesn’t do it for me. Coffee provides the basic necessary energy for mere survival. 😛

I don’t mind paying a bit more for something that’s gonna get the job done. I just don’t want to be paying $80 for 50 servings. Thanks tho!

You can probably just buy bulk caffeine pills and L-Citruline and be good.

But if you are a habitual caffeine consumer, it won't much. To get the benefits of caffeine, it needs to be cycled.
