Doctor says so

I've had the app on my phone for a couple months now, but now I'm going to use it.
I need to lose quite a bit of weight in the long run, but for the next three months my goal is 30 pounds. That's when the doc takes more blood to measure my inflammation factor. If it has gone down then I continue to lose weight and get better. If it has not gone down then I continue to lose weight, but something else is wrong and we'll just have to go from there.
So here goes everything.

Good luck hon! Regardless, losing 10% of your body weight improves blood pressure, blood sugar levels, etc. Congrats on beginning your journey!0

It always helps to have that one 'reason' for getting healthy. Too bad it has to be something like that. Best of luck to you!!! You can do it!!!!0
