Hello. Just bit of ur input I'm 5.5 140lb again trying to drop 7lb with burning 350kcals a day at gym if I had more time I'd burn more. How many cals are u all on??

I average about 1800-2000 calories a day. Less on days I'm very inactive, more on days I'm very active.0

Virtually no two people will be alike on this. Age, height, gender, daily activity levels are going to vary for everyone.
I lost my last 15 pounds set at 1600 plus exercise calories, so that gave me 1900 total calories on most days. I used 300 calories per hour of intentional exercise added on to my base calories. There's no way I could have eaten less - and many many days I was way over even trying to stick to that small deficit. It took me nine months to lose that last 15 pounds.2 -

I averaged a total of 2000 calories a day during most of my weight loss. I tried to stay fairly active though and it did take me about a year to lose the last 15 lbs.
Iām 5ā4.5ā and 29 yrs old.1 -
