So, if I import a recipe and the nutritional info is totally different in the app, I’m assuming the app info is correct?

did you review each and entry for the recipe? when importing or creating a recipe in recipe building you need to ensure the correct food, entry and quantity is selected. I usually need to make a number of corrections.
but yes i find depending on the actual brand and products I use there can be a difference in what is online/in the book and what i actually made.0 -
Double check the accuracy of each ingredient chosen by MFP - they are never 100% correct and do require some adjusting to get it right. I had to do that every time I've imported a recipe so far.1
