You cant spot reduce. Eat at a deficit and it will come off eventually.3

Arms are one of the last places most people lose. Sorry.1

You can't.
What you can do, is focus on sustainable weight loss overall, and your body will decide where the fat come off and when.1 -
For one thing, make sure you're not mis-identifying triceps muscles as fat: Waaay too many women do this.
If it jiggles when you hold your arm out straight from your side, take your opposite hand and grab as much of that jiggly bit as you can, getting your fingertips as close to your upper arm bones as you can manage. Next, flex that arm like a bodybuilder: Raise your arm a little, bend at the elbow, curl your wrist toward your body, and generally tighten up as much of your arm muscles as you can manage.
If some/all of what you're holding in your hand tightens or firms up, that part isn't fat, it's muscle. And muscles are good things to have.
Best wishes!4 -
You can't target fat loss in a particular area.0

You can't. There is no such thing as spot reducing but also no such thing as "fast" fat loss. Fat loss should be moderately paced and sustainable. Set a calorie goal through MFP, eat at a moderate deficit, and the results will eventually get there.1

Cut off your arm. Otherwise, be prepared to lose it at the same rate as all other fat.1
