I just started 2 weeks ago and lost 4 pounds. I weigh 183 and want to weigh 140. I could use some friends to keep me motivated but also keep them motivated too! We will lose better together then by ourselves!

I use YouTube to keep me motivated. Thousands of gym, nutrition, exercise tips. AthleanX is my favorite. Don’t fall for stupid diets, and look into intermittent fasting.0
