Awesome. Can you give me some pointers I weighed almost the same as you when I started 2wks ago 201.1 and I've lost 4lbs how many calories were you eating and what were you eating and how many times a week did you work out.. Any advice will help. How old are you? I have mine set to 1300 calories and my job involves standing 4hrs at a time.0
