Repeating to self "No Self Destruction"

Had a meeting with my coach this morning (Doing Profile diet). I am closing in on my goal for the end of March. This is the point where I start to get nervous. In the past I do well and hit my goals and then I self sabotage and everything implodes and off the diet I go. We set my goal for end of April and it will be tight but I am going to focus on hitting my goal and keeping with it. I am closing in on 40lbs gone and still feeling motivated, this is the lightest I have been since I was in my early 20's. No excuses this time!
