Hi there, my name is Marion and new to this, have just loaded MFP app onto my mobile but wondering where the barcode scanner is on it - any offers please !

    I've only used it a couple of times and from the top of my head I'm sure I remember seeing it when on the right of the search box when you look for a certain food to add....although this is for Android, not sure if other platforms are different. hope this helps xx

    yeah it's next to the search bar. It looks like a tiny barcode. That may sound arrogant but it is quite difficult to see when you don't know what you are looking for. I only used it once, couldn't get it to work. I just search names now. Good luck. x

    Add
    Choose Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner etc
    Click the blue icon with white squiggly lines to the right of "Search for a food" and above the "Sort" button.
    Then just hovver over your barcode and it will take a snapshot - you don't need to click anything

    I have tried it on my Droid, it doesn't work for me!
