December goals

Before the new year, I would like to be consistently cooking 99% of meals at home and with at least 75% fresh ingredients. One step at a time!
Also, to become increasingly more active, and to make it a normal part of my days.

It's possible! I've gotten to the point where I almost never eat out anymore. I've been eating healthier and I've save a lot of money in the process. I'm still working on being more active. I started simple by taking the long way to the ladies room at work, parking at the far end of the lot, and using the stairs all the time. The hardest part is moving around more at home. It's a process. You can do it!1

Using the tracker it seems to be easier to eat at home. Placing my computer on the counter and working standing up seems to encourage pacing. Those steps add up. I try to pace while watching tv also. I'm just getting started.1
