    20 mins stairs climber
    3 x 12 dumbbell squats (40kg)
    3 x 12 side lateral raises

    Then lots of pizza ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

    I cleaned up weeds and leaves in my yard for 6-7 hours. LOL

    I got some wheelbarrel lifts in as I was dumping them in the fire

    And I let the chickens roam the yard so I chased them back INTO the yard a few times.

    Functional fitness or something! lol

    I screamed at the TV for two hours and jumped around like a rabid squirrel while watching University of Houston whoop THE Ohio State, to advance to the Sweet Sixteen!!! Does that count?
