Weight Loss Pattern

When I first started losing weight back in November of 2017 it was a gradual loss throughout the week. This pattern kept up until about 6 months ago. Now my weight will remain stable throughout the week and then drop 1 lb during Saturday and Sunday. I'm not sure if you would consider this a 'whoosh' since it's not a significant amount but it behaves in a similar manner I believe.

What has your weight loss pattern been? Has it remained the same or changed throughout your journey?

    Im not exactly sure how Id describe my trend. I think I fluctuate within a range for a week or two, then I seem to get steep drops for a day or two and then fluctuate up a bit but in a new, lower range. It creates a nice downward trend but the data points are all over the place

    Honestly I'm not sure. I think it jumped a bit after the weekend since I had higher calorie and more sodium days, then my lower weigh ins would pop in on Wed or Thurs. It was always pretty gradual.

    I have a really random pattern that I can't explain- I am always up a pound every fri morning - thurs is usually a pretty active day but i still jump up a pound even if I have not been active - it's been this pattern for over a year! I can't explain it and i simply have to suck it up!! :)
