I worked out today for the first time in a year and a half and it was one of the most discouraging things I've done in a long time. I've decided however to go ahead and try again on Wednesday. I expect it'll be as tortuous as it was today. But at least I'll have tried twice before giving up, right? Please friend me. I would love to be talk about the struggle and hopefully success of this

Just keep at workouting slowly! You made the first step by going and working out. Take your time and workout at your own pace! Find things you like to do for exercise! Good Luck and i wish you the very best on your journey!1
