Newbie😱🙈

Hi,
Have no idea how all this works but hopefully someone can take pitty on me ha!

I'm 46 and fairly fit as I love to run and regularly take part in half marathons and 10k races.
Have half a stone to lose as it makes me feel rubbish about myself in general.
Have been in weight watcher land off and on for a year and just go round in circles so here I am wanting to get a grip and change how I look and feel.
Any help in directing me around here is welcome and if anyone would like a buddy with a similar target and a love of running let me know.
Have a holiday booked for July 1st and need a bikini body by then, this is my motivation. X

    set MFP to lose 0.5lbs per week, eat back at least a portion of your exercise calories.

    Thanks for the advice, I'd set it to lose 1.5lbs a week.
