Hi everybody,, i have just joined and this is so much ,more than i expected, initially i was just looking for a calorie counter app on my phone and this had the most stars .. and then i checked in on my pc and all of this!!! very impressed and hopefully i will finally manage to burn my stubborn weight that i have been trying to do for years. Its not much its hard especially when i eat healthy and exercise.. i have learnt that eating regularly and the right foods make all the difference to glucose energy levels as well as metabolism and i think by diarying it is the best way to keep track and in control until it becomes 'a way of life' and you just stop thinking about everything you put into your body.. because that can be exhausting sometimes. I'm looking forward to getting started. :D

    Glad you are here! I had the same thought for a long time - just using MFP to track my food. I now really use the community on here and that has made a huge difference for me. I really didn't think I needed the community - but the encouragement really makes a huge difference - and it's also holds me accountable. Good luck on your journey!

  • Thanks guys :) Thats really nice, yeah i didn't think i'd need that either but i think its going to help having support from others. So far enjoying MFP although shocked to see how many calories are in some foods that i didn't expect... :D
