So I had gotten off for a while and was doing great. Lost about 30 pounds just to regain 20. Its hard for anyone hard me to motivate me because they are like you look great the way you are. But I feel the weight gain. Im tired clothes are not fitting. I want to do this for the long run to be healthy, not for anyone else. Searching for friends to.keep one another motivated. Going out of my comfort zone to post these but whatever. This is where I am right now.
Add me
Looking forward to meeting you

Add me. Back again. I hate counting calories but it's the only thing that works. Hoping I stick with it this time and become a big looser:)

Hi! Add me if you like. I am on my fitness journey for the umpteenth time. I love lifting and hate cardio (but I do it). I have changed my diet and walk at least a mile every day in addition to my workouts and the scale hasn't budged. It's extremely discouraging and it would be nice to have someone cheer me on who I could cheer on in return.

Please count me in. I understand what you’re going through, the past few months have been rough but I’m committed to getting back on track for good. We can absolutely do this!

Welcome back, I have sent an invite.

I am very low-pressure but I have managed to maintain the habits made so far. I started my lifestyle change about a year ago, I have lost and maintained loss of about 8 lbs. Doesn't sound like much, but don't have a lot to lose to begin with...

What has helped me is telling myself every day that "Something is better than nothing" and "ok I backslid at that meal, doesn't mean I have to do it now" (aka I don't think "I have to hold back because of last meal." just don't be continue the bad habit).

Add me! I need all the motivation I can get! I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes 2 weeks ago and need to eat better for my health. I have discovered a love of cooking and the satisfaction of cooking most of my own food instead of eating out or prepackaged stuff.

Add me as well! I lost 40 lbs then broke my ankle. Due to poor treatment on my end it took a year to heal. I was depressed over not being able to do any of the fun physical things I started to enjoyed. So I just went wild and gained all I lost plus more. I'm just getting back on the saddle and I could use the motivation plus I like motivating others!

Well, count me in as well.... I am beginning the journey once again and truly do lack the motivation other than I want my clothes to fit again. Together we can all do this.

I'm in. I regained some of what was lost previously and am getting it back off. Not sure how to add people to friends?

I'm in! Fell off all winter, so ready to get back into it!
Logging everyday helps me for sure, so I need to get back in the habit of doing that.

    Hi all!
Please add me! I've been away from MFP for quite awhile. I so desperately need to get back on track! I am really trying. I can use all the help and motivation I can get because I am weak!

Got 20 minutes on treadmill before leaving for work. Was logging in breakfast, lunch and snacks-noticed I had been given 1 calorie for exercise already. While I was laughing at that I realized if I would look back at some of my logs over past few years I would find days when I had 0-so 1 before I leave the house is a good start!
