Just started a Keto diet and am hoping to lose 15 pounds for summer. I workout at gym 3-4 days per week. I’ll keep you posted on success- wish me luck!

    Stay in a deficit, you could do it. What is your starting weight?

    You got this! I just started Keto last week and so far I'm loving it. It's definitely lowered my appetite which is great.

    Day 2 successful. Workout tough today- had to cut back some.

    I’m excited - even tho it’s prob water weight, lost 3 lbs in first 3 days. Always a positive sign.

    It's not unusual to have some adverse effects in the gym when going keto. What you can try, to see if it helps, is time your daily carbs and some protein pre workout. This way, it's to going to be largely used intra workout. Outside of that, you can scale up your carbs and still aim for around 50g net. If this doesn't work, you can also consider CKD, which involves 1-2 days of carb refeeding to help support workouts.

    You might have to prioritize what is more important... being in ketosis or having better workouts.
