Hello everyone, I wanted to reach out and see if any would want to keep tabs on each other during the journey of losing weight. Support and be accountable for each other. I'm in. Motivation is the key for me. My current goal is to lose 30 by end of August. (1.5 a week). I began this with a co-worker TODAY. I have much more to lose but that's my first goal. (Cruise in August). Because I have so much more to lose than 30 pds, it can be a bit depressing when I think of the effort I'm putting forth when 30 pds will not be THAT noticeable to me. BUT...30 is better than nothing and it needs to be done! I'm ready to make a change. LET'S DO IT.0

It can be frustrating and depressing in the beginning, but you already took the most important step, commitment. 30 may seem nothing but when you look at a picture of 5lbs of fat, then 30 is amazing. Don't think of the numbers that you need to lose, just exercise and eat right, don't go over your calories each day and before you know it you'll just lose and lose. We can do it, better yet, WE CAN CRUSH IT!!2
