Hello everyone, I am new to this community and I'm trying this communication for motivation for the first time. So basically I started gymming when I was 16 and in my prime I had 180 pounds of weight with 10% body fat. But I got into a relationship and then she broke up with me so I fell into alcoholism. But now I've decided to get back into gymming and get my life back on track, so currently I weigh 162 pounds with 15% body fat, I guess all I'm looking for are some friends who relate and who can motivate me and who I can motivate on a daily basis.
