    That's right about my goals (-4.5lbs per month to reach my goal in July) and its the last 15-20lbs (so the hardest for me). If nothing else, accountability!

    Copying from Melanie: I'd love to lose 5 lbs. in March. I belong to TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) and need to lose about 10 more lbs to goal (which is 160 lbs.) I want to make this the year I become KOPS (Keep Off Pounds Sensibly), after 8 years of trying).

    Lost 5lbs plus some and accomplished 2 march goals and one for April. I have had to reevaluate my upcoming goals. This has been a great month for me. See you all in April!
