Hi I need help please I've been told by 2 nutritionist not to count the calories the app gives me for excercise as it's inaccurate is this correct

No, that is incorrect.
If you're unsure about a value of something, it is also not accurate to assume that the value is 0.3 -
What is your goal? You posted in the maintaining weight forum, so are you trying to maintain your current weight? Are you using the MFP determined calorie goal? Or did one of these nutritionists give you a different calorie goal? If they gave you a calorie goal, did it include additional calories for activity?1

While exercise calories can be inaccurate, zero calories is DEFINITELY inaccurate, so why would that be better???
MFP's calorie goal is set low, assuming you will log your exercise and eat them back. If you ignore them entirely, you will be losing at a much more aggressive pace and may end up undereating, especially if you've chosen an aggressive goal in the first place.
Many of us started out eating back some of those calories, and after a few weeks if we were losing too fast or too slow, adjusted the amount accordingly. Ultimately, your progress over 6-8 weeks and longer is the best way to figure out where your calories should really be.5 -
If you are walking, running, or cycling you can use a phone app to track your calorie burn for exercise. These are pretty accurate in my experience. I find that if I enter the same data into MFP, MFP will give me about a 5% higher burn than apps will.
At some point you will be at goal and you will need to have a handle on how much you are burning in order to maintain your weight. I think its best to get that sorted out when you are still losing. The added benefit is you will be able to control your weight loss by maintaining a safe and sustainable rate.
I think the secret to long term success with MFP is through consistent and accurate logging of both calorie intake and calorie burn. As other posters have mentioned this will give you a solid baseline to adjust your calorie and weight loss goals from.

Ask the nutritionists (a title which can mean something or nothing!) if they think I shouldn't eat back the approximately 2,229 cals I burned today.
Personally I would take some inaccuracy over ignoring my exercise calories and not being able to cycle and/or being horrendously under fuelled if I did.
It's a fallacy that people even need to be accurate in their estimates, reasonable is perfectly good enough for the purpose of controlling your weight.
Remember the one number guaranteed to be wrong for everyone's exercise is zero.
The other point is if you are seeking to maintain weight not only should you account for your exercise you MUST eat those calories back - whether labelled as such or just rolled up into one TDEE estimate.4 -
