Wondering that if you have to be sore all time to have a good workout?? Is this more effective to burn fat??

The soreness should go away...usually after a week of consistant workouts my soreness is minimal. Might want to try a recovery drink after working out to help.

Soreness is from your muscles working hard and changing. So yes it's usual that when you start your really sore but then as you continue to workout the soresness gets better. The harder you work the more sore you are and then it gets better. It just depends on how long you have been working out and what kind of working out you are doing.

I'm not sore.... It was just a question. I was just wondering if you get sore from workouts is this more effective than not being sore?

No. However...as your body gets used to the workouts and they get easier it's good to change it up.

It depends on what you are doing and your goals. You definitely do not need to be sore from cardio for it to be very effective. I do think it's best to be just a little sore from weight lifting the next day; otherwise I don't feel like I'm working effectively and actually building muscle. (If the muscles aren't challenged enough to break down, then the body can't build them up stronger.)

Ok thanks! Cause I go walking atleast everyday. At first I was sore, but now I'm not. What I do for strength training is pilates. I am a stay at home mommy to a 1 1/2 year old .
