Gestational Diabetes- recipes

Hi there! I’m about 30 weeks with twins and was wondering if anyone could share some snacks and meal ideas for GD. It’s really hard for me to be diet controlled and get in my carbs. Is anyone following a lower carb diet than what is traditionally suggested?

Have you received your daily carb numbers from either your o.b. Or a dietician? Here are some of the books I turned to when I had GD:

My go to night time snack was 6-7 oz 2% Greek yogurt with blueberries and either a tbsp walnuts or pumpkin seeds. I also liked strawberries with peanut butter:-)
The first book has suggestions for multiple carb levels from 90 daily carbs to 120. Best wishes to you:-)0
