5’3 and 40 lbs down

I’m 5’3 and currently weigh 198 lbs. when i started my doctor weighed me in at 238. I’m officially down 40 lbs!! My goal weight is 140-150 I’ll know when i get there.

I try to track my food often. I also workout 3-4 days per week.

It’s been slow and steady, as this has been since July 2017.

This week I started trying to burn at least 1k calories per day (according to Fitbit and MFP)

I hope to hit my ultimate goal sometime later this year. Keep going guys! You can do it too.
