Hello everyone. Wanting to get back to the old me at 135-150lbs. I have let myself go over the years and just ate whatever. Now I am 252lbs and starting to have health issues. I recently had surgery a few days ago so I am unable to do much for a week but I am going to do my best and do what I can with exercising. Would love to have some motivational workout friends and would love to start doing challenges once my dr oks it for me to do more. My SW is 252lbs GW is 150lbs.
