I'm hungry!

Nothing new there-I'm like the fat puppy Roley out of 101 Dalmations.

I know it's because I am just entering the last 30 mins of my working day and I'm winding up. My other half is coming over for food and that won't be until at least 7pm (it's currently 5pm).

In need of some motivation.....I'm off to fill my jug up and drown three glasses of water before I go home.

    perhaps have a small snack...like a hand full of nuts to keep you going until dinner
  • I'd have to agree, nuts and maybe a cup of warm tea.

    If your anything like me you know as soon as you in the house and your doing something the hunger will pass and it'll be 7oclock in no time.

    Just tell your belly to shut up !!! lol

    Yes I sock up on the water a hour before I have my lunch at work if my belly is going crazy but like everyone else is suggesting just have something small if thats possible so you can still enjoy your dinner !

    ...three large glasses of water just sunk-I must have been thirsty and not hungry. Glad I didn't reach for the snacks straight away. :)

    Sweet chilli turkey and veggie stir fry for me tonight-and plent of calories left over for some melon on later. Yummy.

    I'm in the same boat! Just having a large glass of water and some sugar-free gum to take my mind off it. Roll on 5.30!
