Keto???

So hello! So here it is....my fats for the day are where they need to be, my carbs are perfect, but my percent of protein needs to be a little higher. What can I eat that won't throw off the other percentages?

search for the low carb, and keto groups on here. They will help.0

chicken breast,some protein powders,egg whites, shrimp, white fish. These have all protein and little of the other two macros.

The leaner proteins listed above are good. They may reduce your fat but that's fine.1
