Good first week

Despite not being PERFECT on plan, I'm down 5 lbs my first week. I'm really happy to see that loss... it's very motivating. I'm also trying hard to let go of perfection - it's not realistic. I'm trying to reach for good enough to succeed, which is what I think any of us can hope to achieve. O.K., week 2... let's get it done!
